Each project is scoped in a custom proposal and/or signed agreement before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins

• The final balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges

3. Revisions

Each service includes rounds of revisions as outlined in your signed contract. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

4. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on prompt feedback, content submission, contract signature, and date deposit is paid by the Client. Delays caused by the Client may result in an adjusted timeline.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon final payment:

• You receive rights to use the final design for your intended purposes

• I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials

• Unused concepts remain my intellectual property

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable

• If the project is canceled by the Client, payment is due for work completed

• If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund will be provided based on work completed
